Jennifer Baird is a Partner at Rhodium Group and leads the People and Business Operations function.
Jennifer directs business operations across Rhodium Group’s entities in the US, France, and Hong Kong. Jennifer and her team implement key technologies and efficient systems to support sustainable growth. She leads strategic initiatives to strengthen the firm’s position as a competitive employer. Jennifer oversees finance, accounting, human resources, communications, operations, and IT.
Before joining Rhodium Group, Jennifer worked as the Director of Finance at the Stride Center. She has a Master’s degree in Accountancy from the California State University, East Bay, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of California at Davis.
