Chantelé Shaw is an Associate Director at Rhodium Group, overseeing high-level, firmwide operations and analyzing and improving organizational processes.
Chantelé works across all practice areas to support the finance and human resource operations and manage the day-to-day administrative operations at Rhodium office locations. Before joining Rhodium, Chantelé worked nearly a decade for Kaiser Permanente, departing the organization as an Operations Specialist. She has a bachelor’s degree in business management and is Project+ certified.
